Magincia lottery and some other questions

so now that the lottery is on I was wondering, it's the houses in the south that are going to be most desired? I say 'desired' in a relative sense, as I understand some people will not desire any house on Magincia.

Also, does anyone know if the houses in felucca will be inside the guardzone?

one more. Are there supposed to be blackrock golems roaming through the empty plots in felucca? If so, are they going to remain after the lottery is over?
