Would it be a act of goodwill if the dev team can do the lottery again if the land is unclaim after a certain period. They will use the last lottery list so to find the next winner? So those who have purchase the ticket and have not win can have a second chance of getting it.. Just a wish !!!

Good and logic idea...

Unfortunatly the document released with the loto say the land will be free for anyone after the lease expire.

Too little, too late

I think it would be a good idea if plots that went vacant on Magincia *always* started a new lottery for that plot.

If people could only buy one ticket... I would support that idea. But if it's based on a percentage of tickets bought, then it would always favor the rich players who can buy hundreds or thousands of tickets.

Yes i think that is a good idea, i would like a second chance.

But the unclaimed houses in Magincia have been won, did some web searching and found them up for sell for real money by a item/gold selling site.

Oh well figured as much , its to bad they cant sopt that crap.

I like this idea, with the 1 ticket per account, no trial accounts, etc.

You could even make a once a week loto, with only one ticket purchased per account accross all shards, to limit speculators puchasing tickets just to win and sell the plot on shards they do not normally play.

Hi, if you didnt see the March 1st 2011 video the Devs did....they talked about the New Magincia Lottery. It says, players have 30 days to claim there ticket and build a house. They can sell it and blah blah blah. After the 30 days are up, the "Ticket expires," and ANYONE can place a house on the empty land.

It was April 11th 2011 when we received the Houses on Pacific. When it was claimed, it said you have 22 days left to ....place a house or claim it?? (i think, i didnt win one ticket so...im not sure). If that's True you have until May 1st or 2nd to build that house on Empty land for ANYONE to place. Its 22 days we got it even though they said 30 days. But since Origin got first (which is 30 days) all the other servers get 22 days so it ends the same day. Go figure! lol

Good luck!

Good chance the unlcaimed plots are people trying to sell the plot. They didn't place because the already have a house somewhere, and placing would condemn their "real" house. They can still sell the winning deed, without losing their house.

if nobody buys the deed by the end of the 30 days, then its a free-for-all to place.
