Magincia boats "docked" along the shore not allowed?

Has anyone seen anything saying we arent allowed to "dock" our boats along the shore near our housing plots?
I ask cause I docked mine along the shore by my house, not blocking anything or anyone, went afk for 5mins, came back and my boat was moved out away from the island =/ I thought getting a plot along the shore would be a plus to having that plot.

I think they said it was unallowed until they finish out the story.. This was somewhat for BR golems, and new stuff maybe.

We can park along north beach in Atlantic. But the docks seem to have a parking timer.
