Magic Reflect bug in PvP

It's working as intended except for one enormous flaw.
If I have reflect on (as I usually do to adjust resists), a blue can just run up, attack me, which in turn makes ME flag on that person. Then that person calls guards, and gets me killed
It's been happening more frequently and needs to be addressed.
This bug will be fixed in Pub 70.
