I'm looking to buy a 1 handed SC mage weapon:

MUST HAVE Mage Weapon -20 skill (Any more is no good).
MUST HAVE SC with no -1 to FC.
MUST HAVE DCI, Would love 15%
MUST BE 1 handed.

Anything else is a bonus .

Got plenty of money waiting. I'm based on Europa but the trade there sucks so i'd be happy to transfer to pick it up.
