Hi everyone. I'm trying to make a mage suit and would like some help doing it as i have no idea how to really do imbueing or enhancing. I want all 70's resist 100lrc 40lmc as much mana regen and some int up to 150. and the 2/6 fc/fcr and 50 enhance potions if possible. is it even possible to make this suit?

Mage suit

I'm no expert and the math sometimes defeats me, but I just made a suit for one of my chars. Here's how.
1. I made 5 pieces in barbed leather and one in valorite ( I hate the leather hats)
2. on 5 pieces I imbued LMC7 MR 2 LRC 17 (in that order) on the 6th piece I imbued LMC 5 MR2 LRC 15
3. This left 2 imbues per piece to achieve all 70s resists (12 in total). I only used 9, so on the 3 pieces that I had only used one imbue for resists I added MI 7
4. Jewels. I imbued FC1 FCR3 SDI 12 Int bonus 8
To finish I re-forged a shield, invigorating of sorcery using a copper hammer. It came up SR 2 MR 4. I imbued SC on that.
Finally I gave her the minor Tokuno arti, Tome of Enlightenment:Int bonus 5 SDI 10 FC1 (which balances up the -1 I added to the shield by giving it spell channeling) and a cloak of power.
Totals: resists 70s SR 2 MR 16 LRC 100 SDI 34, 6/2 casting, 40 LMC 21 MI 23 Int
I don't know whether it's a good suit or not, but I like it.

Thank you for the advice Petra now i just need to finish getting my imbuing to 120 on my craftsman. what is the 2 SR though sorry just not familiar with the abbreviation.

I just made my pvp mage a suit 2 weeks ago using only Imbued leather armor+Pendant of Magi. I'm still new to Imbuing too since I've only been back playing for about 4 months now. So if I can manage this I'm sure someone else can do even better.

All 70 - 75 Energy (Elf)
101% LRC
2/6 Casting
40% LMC
13 MR
45% HCI
45% DCI
15% DI
15% SDI (Cap in PvP)
+4 Int

yes, Stamina Regen, and yes, a circlet 
should i craft the initial piece from regular leather then imbue then enhance with barbed? or craft with a runic?
Well I can tell you what I do.
I craft a bunch of pieces out of barbed leather (non-runic). Then I mix and match until I can get at least 2 of the 5 resists to 70. Then I PoF and Imbue resists, mods, etc.
I'm just starting to figure out Reforging, so I can't comment on that.

It depends on how much gold are you going to spend.
mana orb + garb + tangle + renjuv cloak + lt sash = 8 MR + 15 DCI
you can craft a shield with SC (no penalty) + 2 MR + 15 DCI
There are very good and very cheap artifacts that I use in any mage suit:
Enchanted Kelp Woven Leggings: MR 2, SDI 8, CF 4
Crown of Arcane Temperament: MR 3, SDI 8, CF 2
You can use as well:
Protector of the Battle Mage: MR 2, SDI 5, CF 3
Pendant of the Magi: MR 3, SDI 5
But I myself don't use them because they have low intensity and it is difficult to maximize resists with just 2-3 crafted leather items.
So usually I use the crown + the leggings + 4 crafted/imbued items.
I imbue resists, lmc, lrc, mi, hpi on this items. As a result I get all those stats (including 25 hpi) maxed without jewels.
Jewels depends on "misc slot" artifacts and on book. Usually 2/6, 15 DCI + what you need (EP if you want).

So when I'm doing this, do I just not choose any of the options in the Reforge menu?
