The drawing is the first maintenance period after the last day of the ticket sales. At least this is what one dev said about Origin. So that would be Sunday on most shards, Oceania is a few days behind everyone thanks to their server move.
On Baja, it now says "less then one day", so yep, think it's tomorrow morning.

Winners should know in the morning after server up, tomorrow. At least thats how it worked on Origin.
