Mafia's

I'm sure this is going to stir up a hornets nest, but, I really hope the merge will tone down some of these mafias. I know that alot are good and just like playing as a group, but when I visit some of the houses to skill I feel like I need to turn on the parental codes! Some of the sims are just completely rank with their language and sex talk.

BTW...I leave peacefully and don't return!

Very true Milton but, profiles, retaliation and those obnoxious IM's asking "Do you want to be in our mafia" are so annoying.... The *ignore player* works fantastic!

So whats the problem? You have the solution right in front of you, don't like adult language read the profiles that usually say "adult content" and filter up.

Some of the comments go beyond adult content. Abusive statements and language that would be better suited for a porn site is what i'm referring to.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do if it's not your lot. You can either ignore the comments figuratively, ignore the comments literally (with the iggy button), or you can leave. If it's your house, you can set the rules and whip out your boots whenever your heart desires.

this game has always had young ppl trying to act old and tough thats what the mafias have always been about a bunch of kids acting tough trying to be older than they are but remember folks its easy to iggy or kick and ban ppl or simply leave the location gotta be more adult than they try to act however i do believe when the merge happens its gonna open a whole new issue of mafia problems since they will be all in one world instead of scattered

There are players with similar last names because they enjoy playing together and like to be recognized as a group of friends. I don't call those mafias.

Mafias are the ones that pay you to move into their neighborhood. Then they tell you what skills to have, what houses you can or can not visit. They tell you who you can be friends with, etc. Your sim is like 'their' sim but they just don't pay for it. LMAO. If they don't like you or you've done some unknown thing to them, they retaliate by trying to take over your neighborhood, spam your guests to leave your house, etc.

look at all of your game play like this what you think and do in game.. you tend to think, look, and do, in real life; and hope you don't get caught........ whats done in the dark.......?

Boot, ban, ignore, filters, reading lot descriptions, leaving.

Edited to add: I do not know who "they" are. The word "werd" is slang for the Ain't Rights, because we ain't right. I hope this helps clear up some of the confusion for you. I try to be helpful as well, cause thats how I roll.

Oh cool, I use slangs from .calm KIF. It does clear it up for me though thanks.
