Macros for Skill Gain Question

So I am creating a macro for skill gain, while I am running around or cleaning up my house or whatever.

I know how to make macros in the EC, and I have read all the available literature on the subject, but I cannot find the UOA options like "wait until mana is greater than x"

Anyone know how to do this in EC?

problem with long EC macros for skill gains is most of the spells dont reset the inactivity timer, so you will eventually log out.. sigh
