Lady Charme from DTA has Brightsight Lenses
I dont think the lenses come from that you get those off peerlesses i think u can get them from it but.... The Mace and Sheild is a libary reward like she said... Lovely things on prodo shards... not sure if u want to waste the money and chance losing them here.

Ya, I had started making and donating bucklers on my old prodo shard to get them. Then I did the math and found that I would have to come up with 40,000 bucklers to get them.
Thats why people use Scripts all day on prodo shards to do that stuff...

If you actually want them badly enough to part with 12 x 1 mil checks,
and if you trust me.
I have done the donation quest and can donate to the library, I would be willing to accompany you there, hand in the checks, collect the glasses and, of course, hand them over.

I'm probably going to wind up getting them on atlantic... so I can have 80% HLD on my soon to be faction Assassin =D
As it stands now... I pretty much have every single key/desirable item possible on Siege... except for the Inquis Resolution.
But I appreciate the info guys!

HLD doesn't stack that way. If you have 50% on your weapon and you are wearing the glasses for an extra 30%, you actually have 65 HLD.
It is because there will be two different checks. When you hit, the game will roll against the 50% on the weapon. If it fails, it will then roll on the 30% provided by the glasses.
The total is 65% because the 30% is only checked half of the time.

It may have been that way in the beginning, but now it clearly has a 'check' graphic in the list of acceptable donations (I went to the library to double check before posting)
