Screenshots (using "Screenshoter"),
Hand-aligning screen shots at a zoomed pixel level using Photoshop,
cropping/resizing/compressing using Irfanview (to play well with Photobucket/web delivery)

If a house is public, I walk onto the steps to get the contents to display before screen capture.

I tried to reuse some of my pixel data from shots i did last year, buts its mainly only town outlines.
Luna takes me around 400 screenshot/edits (250 or so for each of the others).

It takes quite a while, but I'm usually distracted with DVR-TV or other RL activity, so it doesn't get too tedious.
