Mass ravens seen upstairs in Luna. What is drawing these black birds?

A bored tamer? In Haven last week,some tamer was dropping off alot of snow leopards on top of the bank roof. All were named Snow.

I've killed them off twice and they've respawned.

Even more interesting is after I posted this they stopped spawning.

On Lake Austin, there's a tamer who feels a need to tame critters and rename all of them "Sly" -- all over the shard. It's really annoying.
