Luna houses visible without entering?

Hey folks,

How do the houses around Luna get their contents to show without the player having to enter the footprint first? I can login at Luna bank and walk east and see the entire build of the custom colored stone buildings. Is there some obvious trick I'm missing?

They should be banned in Luna. All the not-supposed-to-be-loading collections create unreasonable lag.

Done right would be no issue. The issue comes from the tons of granite
