Thats insane, i sold one on Europa for 450 mill and that took 3 months!
Yeah, hes nuts. I spoke to him about it a few times as he had a char in RED back in the day. He was like, oh thats just real esate, you have to be willing to wait. When i pointed out that this wasnt exactly some big American shard, he just said, oh thats means youve got room to grow and somone will want a fucher investment...
I wasnt realy going to argue about it with him as we were about to go into a Trav. But *shrugs* whatever...

no one is going to buy it for that much, even if you had the best items for sale on the vendor youll never make the money back to make the purchase worthwhile. simply isnt going to happen. Never sell it for that much on the busiest shard let alone oce.

Yes the amount is not the issue its the return and 800 is an absolute joke
i would rather sit on 800 lockdowns than waste it on that spot

Many would. I don't have that much gold but I would easily have that in assets.
Still, it is an absolutely unreasonable price. 100mill would be fair I reckon, there is no way I would pay more than that for it.
