Based on Europa trading I think its pretty hard to price plots but If you want an estimated price on plot I would say 300-450m

I did but no reply out of curiosity (been out of UO for 7 years --just came back) why house pricing in luna is so tabu (no one wants to say the price directly...or well not no one but few). am I being very naive/stupid (probably both=?) thanks

I don´t know what this house sold for in the end (and if I knew I would not post it because it is really up to the people involved in the trade to talk about it or not).
What I can tell you though is that in the last years I have seen Luna houses sell for 200 to 800 million on Europa (one was actually cheaper afaik). This involves only the deals where the price has been talked about in the open...
