YES!absolutely.... now, would that be a tinker or a tailor
A Tinker and Tailor... min 50% in each, exceptional with 20% damage reduction at 90/90 skill.
At 100/120 skill the armor also reflects damage without flagging you.

Whats strange for me is im not really one into pixel crack, yet i find myself drawn to the idea of being able to craft saddles and such!
