What if enhance this using gold, and make luck 190, how worth this will be?

I could be wrong, but I think this shield can be made fairly easily using a combo of reforging/imbuing.

It's not that easy. Reforging can choose only two categories. Luck, ssi, hci are different reforging categories, so it is very hard to get those 3 properties at once.
Beside, if imbue item, it has brittle property so can't use powder to increase durability.
Anyway I agree that luck 190 with sc, dci shield can be made with reforging and imbuing.
I just wanted to check the worth of 'no brittle'
