Luck makes any difference in spawn drops?

Does it make any difference for the pack drops and corpse loot of the Champ? I know it makes no difference for the PS, but was wondering about the occasional drops. Ty in advance.

Luck affects the drop rate of SoTs as well as the quality of the normal loot on the Champ corpse.

I doubt it. Luck is probably the most complex thing in this game. It is non-linear, and varies with different encounters. The exact mechanics of it are debated and mostly unknown. But I appreciate the input. Thank you.
