[Fishing] Luck and Fishing - Sea Serpent

I was wandering if LUCK had any effect on the fishing skill...

Does it increase your chance of pulling a serpent or a white pearl?

Does it increase your chance of getting a MiB or net from a pulled serpent?

Anyone ever tested luck when fishing or has any dev already commented?
