LTB race change token (request for a new player)

I'm looking for a race change token for a player that joined NEW, following the path of a crafter. The gargoyle form won't help there so we need some magic token involved to get him into human form.
He has no gold on Siege yet but offers gold on Drachenfels if needed.
I will loan the gold for now, therefore you are save.
