the collection to get them costs $15.99 at the store, you get 11 items with it. that comes to about $1.45 for it, but it is about the most useful item in the collection, so like 1-2 mil maybe. but this is purely a guess/speculation.

I believe the crafted ones are replica and can only be recharged twice. The 11th Anni ones can be recharged an unlimited amount of times. I have tinkering now, but then ropes and resolve's bridle becomes a problem.

ropes are easy, just go to abyss and kill the Krakens where the spoon/plate and that shield spawn with an RC.
