LRC Training suit

I just started my first character ever on Pacific and was wondering if someone could help me out by giving me an LRC suit to train with. If not if someone would be willing to trade me like a million gold or so on Atlantic for a million on Pacific that would be just as good (if not better).

I can make you a training suit. You mostly need the LRC property right, not like all 70 resists? Who do you play in-game and where can you be found?
