Yes... you can farm these for about 2/3 hours and have the 10k loyalty you need. All you need is to be capable of casting EV. They are very quick so be ready (invisibility is your friend).

As far as finding them.... just head east out the main gate of the Royal City. Follow the road you find until it takes you over a long bridge. There you will find the Toxic Sliths. It is a doubly nice location considering there is a wondering healer in the area just incase they get you with their nasty poison.
