Loyalty points to the queen?

I'm a little behind the learning curve on loyalty points. I seem to have 180 loyalty points to the gargoyle queen (not sure why). What would have caused me to get those points and what can I do with them and/or how do they help me?

Ah ok. I think a friend drug me to some dungeon last year and we (i.e. HE) killed some nasties while we were partied. That must have given me the points. Thanks for the link!
