I've heard only good things about it. Although I think it is funny people are paying the insane prices for dyes and such.

What stealables have you gotten? I'm trying to map out where they all spawn
I got all of them. Except 2 of the weapons, the "pushme pullyou", the spoon and I think one other thing that I don't remember, cause I just didn't happen to see them. Pretty neat stuff too, most of it. I think my favorite is the gargoyle statue, and the book of truth cause im a big rare book fan.

Off the top of my head: tall Gargoyle statue thing on the steps down from the hyth entry to the abyss. Book of truth on a table across the lava from Stygian drag zone. 2 statues in the Stygian drag zone (one on steps, one inside). priceless treasure, and fake bronze bars in the grey gobbo treasure room, dying plants in the city area where the slasher is, as well as a painting in north most building in that area... I don't even remember where I got it all exactly. Yeah, it seems like a very nice expansion to me, nice new skills, lots and lots to do, nothing overpowered (far as I can tell). And with it comes a GD nerf. Can't go wrong.
I'll let you know after I get around to buying it and have time to play!

Hey Uvtha, if it's not too much of a hassle, could you PM me exactly what you've gotten so far, the general area you found it in (the more precis the better), and the rarity? It would be a great help for these maps
I'm also curious about that plant you got, because according to the list of stealables in the notes, there are two different ones, and I got one of them today
The faster I get most of these mapped out, the sooner I can throw the maps up for everyone

I like, that even crappy loot is useful now, at least for crafters training imbuing.
I also like, that a crafter can get the items needed for the dyes and baskets but it take time to make the items so alot will choose to buy them.
There seem to be alot to do, that's great, it's long time I last had played for hours and not had time to get to bed. I'm playing again, not just surfing this forum.

If GD nerf then can use other pets... btw... i was told that for SA account will receive additional 2 stable slot.. this could be a good news for everyone (especially tamer)... However, i yet to test it myself
I love the expansion, all aspects of it so far, but this one thing has to be my favorite part about it!
People will be out PvM'ing again, more people to PK!
If the mystic spells cant use LRC ( I havent tested ), then there will be people farming reagents too, constantly!
The crappy loot will remain useful even after your training is done. The low end unravel components are used on adding elemental resists to things. I can already see where it should be fairly simple to make some good complimentary pieces for my faction suit.
This also is going to give some value to your lower end runic kits across the board.
Just ask Sakey. Once he got his Bumblebee suit put together he was unstopable.

Think it's exactly what UO needed. People were getting bored of the game. This opened up a whole new world (litterally). For a PVM... couldn't have asked for more! For a PVP... hehe now you have to search for me a little more

I dont have the expansion and i hate it cuz it didnt include getting rid of faction arties on siege! just too many blessed items on siege! You guys are like kiddies in the candy store, all ea gotta do is throw some damn eye candy at you as a diversion to the core problems on this shard which are blessed faction items! Damn sellouts.
All this game is is diversion. You divert yourself with pvp, others choose to find other methods.

Since when did faction arties become blessed? Becuase as far as I know they arent, you can loot them if you kill someone. You just dont like them becuase they even the playing field. Oh you want the good ole days back, when you had the pbd and newer people didnt, also you had blessed sammy helm and ember legs, oh yeah and actual blessed faction runic armor. Yeah you wish you had those advantages again so you might be able to compete.

I have 10 mil that says you would lose a poll that ask if faction arties made the field even or uneven. We must have higher expectations for our shard if we ever want the game to be balanced, fair, and fun for EVERYONE, not just throw a block party because we got some new damn dye colors and whatnot. *shakes head*
Its fair and balanced because EVERYONE can obtain these. It is not a luck of the draw drop in your pack artie. It is an item that can be purchased and used by EVERYONE. If they chose not to use them because being in factions is inconvenient for them then that is their choice.
They cannot be purchased and used by EVERYONE. Limited by faction rank.
People at the top ranks are more likely to stay at the top ranks with the top rank gear.
People at the bottom ranks are more likely to stay at the bottom ranks with the bottom rank gear.

Get two kill points and you will be magically catapulted to the highest rank within the faction. Hell it might even be one kill point, either way it doesnt take much.
edit: Or were you saying that it is not possible for you or others like you to kill another player? Is there something limiting your account that does not allow you to attack others freely?
I'm top rank and don't think I've been anything other than top rank for years, so can't comment on how difficult it is to get there nowadays.
What I'm saying is that somebody that starts at the bottom rank is going to have a difficult time killing people with top rank gear. And if more people got interested in using faction arties, then by the the very nature of the faction ranking system, not everybody could equip them.
Are you saying that my bard in GM armor can kill your PvP character? If so, I won't dispute that. Can every bard kill every PvP character? Can everybody really wear top rank faction armor?
