[Discussion] Lotto Vendors / Slot Machines ?

Hello ! What is the best way to make a lotto vendor? I came back in the game after 7 years. It used to be with locked boxes but now I see that mostly is with keys to open a box outside the vendor (I heard this also as casino game slot machine??)
