lost my dragon over server up this morning

i left dragon in another city. came home and took off vet. my stables has about 7 pets in it or so. went down into underworld for a bit. after the server came back up this morning and i relogin i noticed my dragon didnt show.
now i logged in and hes gone and my stables doesnt have him either.

I am guessing taking the vet off might have caused this?
perhaps it looked at my stable count and said I didnt have enough room so took off my dragon?

guess I will go tame another one

I think auto-stabling overrides stable limits.

ah somehow he untamed - i just found him in my other house.
thats weird cuz this morning before server went down i had fed him alot.

welp got to rebond him now ...

I've noticed pets seem to go wild pretty fast when they don't have line of sight to you.

I'm not sure if it's been changed, or just if higher taming creatures do it faster.

That's true, no line of sight means the loyalty goes down pretty quickly. I've seen you leaving him around the bank while you're at the soulforge, you might consider just stabling him if you're not hunting with him.
