Can anyone tell me the words needed to get into and out of the lost lands thank you

The only ones I'm sure of are recsu/recdu from moonglow mage shop.

It is helpful to make a speech macro with recsu recdu as the text, much like the "guards open my bank box" kind so many have for town. That way, regardless of which phrase you need at the teleporter, you are covered, and you don't have to type or remember the phrases or which one applies.
