That is my ?........I have always hated navigating there so I havent went in years, If it is not pvp are boats safe?

You are NOT safe in Fel on a boat... infact some boats have cannons now... and can do some good damage...

Fel is Fel. Lost lands tram is part of tram, lost lands fel is part of fel. Depends on which facet you entered lost lands from.
