Lost Item that was locked down and secure

I have recently lost a crate that was locked down in my house it held all my soul stones for that account and I asked help about it and all I got was I am sorry....Is it an issue or glitch or I am just wasting time worring about it

Unfortunately it's been policy since the beginning that TPTB won't replace lost items. House storage has been pretty reliable for a long time, but once in a while people report things going missing. A lot of the time, I suspect, is a corrupted or missing data pointer in the database. Wish this could have been of more help...

I was going to take a commodity deed box to another house to deed some things up last night. It was sitting on top of another chest. When I got to the house the chest below my com deed box was in my pack. I went back to my place and there was the com deed box where it belonged. Could you have missed the crate and locked something else down? I leave my stones in a chest and leave it secured. They work sitting in the crate with out moving them out. Sorry you lost them.

Did you customize your house? I had a fair number of things disappear after I went into customization mode that were locked down and untouched for years just recently.

Ouch, losing one soulstone hurts, let alone all of them. Were you customizing your house? I suppose you checked the bank boxes of all the characters on that account? I hope you find them.

I checked my backpack, my moving crate, outside by the sign. Nothing. Gone.
