Here's what happened. I transferred the character to Atlantic from Chesapeake on Saturday 3/30/13. Now the character made it to Atlantic but I couldn't get into him. I could click on his name and everything, but it would cause UO to freeze. I restarted UO and the shard was down when UO restarted. When it came back up, the character was no longer on Atlantic. I assumed a revert so went back to Chesapeake, but he wasn't there either. I checked all shards thinking I may have hit a different shard but nothing. I then went into the UO files and the character file was on Atlantic shard.
I quickly emailed Mesanna and paged a GM that very same day but didn't get a response until Monday. I talked to GM Nellim Monday morning and he told me to wait a while and if I didn't see the character to page again. I paged again and talked to GM Jolvan around 4:45 Monday 4/1/13. He sat with me and I explained everything. He said he would pass it up the chain, therefore giving me an EA Ticket #. About a week later, I emailed Mesanna again asking a few questions including Status and If it was safe to transfer. She emailed me back saying This was a special case and it Should be alright to transfer but no other answers. Last week I tried to transfer another character, but got the whole "Had to wait 24 hours from my last transfer". Now my last transfer was on 3/30 so 24 hours had gone by with plenty of extra time.
Here we are almost month later and nothing has changed. I still don't know the status of the character, if there is something wrong with my account, or if I'm at a loss.
