LootQuestion for those who participated in the event test (spoilers possible?)

Ok enough of that.

I went to the Test Center yesterday for a short while, and witnessed a neat fight between players and a Crimson Dragon. Looks though, but the players were clever and skilled and killed it.

I was wondering if anyone had seen the "special weapons and spellbooks with properties based on their rank" that were in the Publish Notes.

Also, what did the Crimson Dragon drop?

I did see something while I was there that definitely raised my eyebrows. Someone had a Talisman with Undead Slayer, and 10 HCI, as properties.

Woah.

But that was the only "special" thing I saw.

So am I completely delusional, or did anyone else see that Talisman? Assuming it wasn't a figment of my imagination, does anyone know where it came from? Did anyone else see any really good or "special" loot, either from the Crimson Dragon or from the invasion spawn?

I faught that Crimson Dragon you speak of I was Shame(not that it matters lol just wondering if you saw me ) But the loot had alot of stuff but all crap no real good things to keep and as hard as it was to kill my GOD you would think the loot would be better ...... i hope it is once it goes live

Keep in mind that on test shards Devs can give unique items to players.

Its been over 3 years but a Dev on test once asked me and two other people what we thought about Ilshenar champs, and my reward for saying no powerscrolls what's the point? was having my blue beetle dyed pink sparkles.




I was the only one on test with a pink sparkle beetle for quite some time (at least until dye stations were invented).

A talisman sounds more like a new drop to me than a unique Dev reward item though.

"Graveyard creatures." This sounds like you're talking about that Magincia quest? If I'm right, it's separate from the invasion spawn, correct? Assuming this is all correct....Can more information yet be given about rewards from the invasion spawn?

No, I'm referring to the undead mobs in graveyards with the Skull Totems that are part of the chain quest starting in Yew Courthouse.

yeah some of the spawn when you kill it there is no body and the loot just drops to the ground.

Some of the skeletel liches are spawning on the roof making it impossible to kill them.

While it was pretty crazy when this was the case, I would ebolt the bone liche till it pulled me to its location.

I would then teleport to the opposite building then proceed to kill it. Have to be fast though.

I tried that but it kept saying target can't be seen. This was on a building at jhelom.

This event is going to be interesting from a loot perspective. (From many other perspectives too, of course.)

But think about it....We have unspecified loot from an invasion (which might be EM event artifact replicas); we've ween 2 out of 3 rewards from this quest (a very useful talisman, and a deco item); and we have Faction artifacts.

And that's the s__t we know about so far.

I've gotten a Green dragon gloves which have 20% lrc 4 hp regen and 2 mana regen with 4 of the 5 resists phy-3,cold-17,poison-13,energy-16 . I do not know if this is the 3rd one or not and also gotten black bats and brown bats and no totems yet.

A guildie and I were on the TC on Friday killing the Skeletal Liches and I got a red spellbook called a Conjurer's Grimsoire. Basically, it's the exact same thing as a Tome of Lost knowledge but has and additional Mod on it-----Undead Slayer. And I looted it off of the Skeletal Liche's body. Hope that helps.

Someone probably made dragonscale armor with a valorite or verite runic, and the gloves are from that (with the HP "regen" being "increase"). The gloves might also be from one of the invasion spawns, not the undead ones.

After someone wanted to take a screen shot they said same thing and i looked used a smith hammer and the gloves are exact picture as the gloves I have gotten so looks like it just looted them from a player.
