The Dread warhorse don't worth the 12th teleport house set for exemple.
12th anny vet house teleport sets worth 40 to 60m, a dread and two xshard token worth 20 to 30m + 2x18m for those token.

So you need just to trade one your five and 10 to 20m max for the dread

I don't know anything about dread mares, but mandosa-nice is right about the value of the 12th year house teleporters. If anything, they're worth even a bit more--70m or higher.
