[Price Check] Looking to sell a couple Unique EM Event Items

I just came back to UO and wanted to start a new char. Was looking to get some funding by selling a couple Unique EM Event Items I have.

I have no idea about prices for these items so was hoping to get a price check. The following items are:

1. Crude Corroded Manacles, they are 2 chain lengths attached to a circle. They have a purpleish hue
2. An "Unkown" deed (Not a rare )

Please let me know a good price to ask for these or if you would like to make a fair offer.
