Looking to Make Grandest Rune Library

I would like to make the grandest Runebook Library ever and am looking for help. I know there our library's out there all ready. What i am looking for is some one that has one that is willing to let me copy there books one at a time. I have a Pen of Wisdom that lets me copy Runebooks but must either be co-owner of home or have book in back pack. If anyone is willing to help u can leave me a message on ICQ 83 852 915. I forgot to mention that i am willing to pay 1mil for the help depending on how big the libary.
