looking to make a dragon barding deed

hey i have a white wyrm and want to put it in armor with a dragon barding deed but how do i make one of those ?
i have a GM tinker/carpenter/smith/alchemist but can`t seem to find the recipe on any of the menu`s
all help would be greatly appreciated

Dragon Barding Deed works only for swamp dragons. Not for any other!
It should be somewhere at the blacksmiths menu.

It's on the plate mail menu in the blacksmith menu. But as has been already pointed out, it only works for swamp dragons. It reduces damage for the rider. I don't take my warriors out without it, but it takes a lot of ingots (700).

Lastly the type of ingot used is only for color the metal does not imbue any properties on to the armor.
