Hi, you can buy whole SS from EA that u can use over and over. Frags ony have 5 uses. They are $9.99 from uo.com.

I know there is one for sale in luna but at way too high price (like 500k). I bought ten from some guy for 1 million a month or two ago. But, if you want to pay too much, vendor just west of luna bank has one. And I think one by yew gate has one.
