Looking to buy an 18x18

Just transfered my main charrie, and will be transfering the others over the next few days, to Atlantic. Sometime this weekend I'm going to start trying to find an 18x18 somewhere (can't right now, had just bought a small house in Sonoma). I'll be looking for an 18x18 in Trammel, Fel, or Malas.. doesn't matter which. Sounds like around 8mil is a normal price for an 18x18, but I'm willing to pay a little more (if that price is correct). Don't know if I'm supposed to post buy/sell stuff here or not.. if not, sorry, won't do it again! If you've got a house or know of one for sale, please PM me.. as I said, will be buying starting this weekend sometime

First off, welcome to Atlantic! Its a great shard and there is a lot of helpful people.

I am not sure where you got your "8 mil" quote for an 18x18...its off by quite a bit.

18x18's at the very least usually go for atleast 25 mil. Depending on the location they will usually go up from there.
