Looking for the Citizens of Minoc.

So i know Lien used to run Minoc, he was one of the most popular governors and he had a huge following, RAA and alot of others etc. I was wondering if Liens close friends, RAA or old citizens are still citizens of Minoc, if so is there anything you would like to request of Minoc? Are you happy with the trade deal thats in place or do you want it changing?
I thought many of you might change citizenship to Britain but then Aurelius stepped down as well, So im not sure where your all at. Ive only come across my own guild and Brigg who are citizens of Minoc.

As per our little chat after the event last night, Mel's registered as a Minoc resident. Can't say I'm too fussed by the buff as I don't use it, but can imagine there are those for whom it's a lot more important!
Not sure where most of my other chars are loyal to, shall have a little look later on... Think I've got one or two for most cities!

My crafting, tinkering sibling Niamh is a citizen of Minoc. The buff, to her at least, is not too important as her main strategy when facing danger is simply to...run!
