Those are some pretty beast mods you want, that's going to be ridiculously expensive if you can even find one with all that....

A kryss with 20 splinter, 50 DI, 40 ML, and 50 Fireball/Magic Arrow/Harm is not unheard of...seen several.

Most of the legendary drops for the War Forks usually contain some sort of Regen, 70 fireball is shooting high yes, but not unheard of. 20 splinter, 50 di, 50 hld, plenty of those.
