I think that people were adding skills to fc1 fcr3 and was wondering if its possible to do something like that. I have piles of 1/3s and some don't have anything else on them

on pure 1/3's , you can add 3 mods, I would be happy to add those for you.

If you are not in a real hurry. You can place them in a bag with which three items you want on each.

Place bag in my mailbox, second castle south of yew moongate, the mailbox is inside the first set of doors. It is locked down, with security set to anyone, so no one can take the items once placed in it.
