Looking for Quest WalkThroughs

Ok folks, i started playing on a private shard after years of being away from the game. My problem is I have no clue how to get to these new locations where the Smithy quests are. Im already a Legendary smith so I have no use to do quests to level up, but I would like to get some of the higher end recipes. So first, How the heck do you get to the Sanctuary and heartwood. Second which of the quests are worth doing if your not interested in skill gain???

Sanctuary is in the mountains south of Yew, near the Brigand Camp. 2 S, 39 W
Heartwood is through a portal in the centre of Yew village.
