Looking for Owner of Castle above Trinsic, Ajax

Hi! I'm trying to find the owner of a castle that is located in Trammel, above the city of Trinsic across a lake, located on the oceanfront. The house owner is listed as 'Ajax' and I know that they are active recently due to appearance of bags locked down on the steps.
