Last I saw this was right outside of Luna at the Seven Strings Inn owned by Gregor. Anyone with any info to help track this down, please let me know!

Dude, I may have to test this but... I think only a guild leader or co-leader can move a guild stone...

Old rules... these days, a guildstone is just a deeded item and anyone with house-rights can chop it into a deed and replace it.
