Last year Siege Perilous held a “Miss Siege” beauty pageant to find the most desirable lady on the shard. Contestants were marked in four different areas and the one with the highest score was crowned as the winner. The event was very successful thanks to the fantastic independent judges who had been brought in from other shards.
We are planning to hold the 2012 event in December and once again are looking for anyone willing to spare the time to judge this year's contest. The ideal requirements for a judge are:
a) Not a regular Siege player and no strong connection with any players who have entered.
b) Well known on their own shard.
c) Be quite certain that they can make the event time and be able to stay for the duration (around two hours). The exact date of the event has not yet been set and can be discussed, but would likely be a weekend at around 3/4pm Eastern.
d) Be able to use Ventrilo.
e) Be able to create a Siege character called "name of shard", where “name” is their main character and “shard” their normal shard, e.g. Joe of Catskills, Gandalf of Chessy.
If there is anyone out there that generally meets these requirements and would be willing to lend a hand, I would love to hear from you. Please PM me here, ICQ me at 193-165-018, or reply with your details so that I can contact you.
Of course, any of the judges from last year would be more than welcome, but sadly most seem to have left the Sosarian realms.
