I dunno origin but it was on a vendor at last rares fest for 40 mil i believe. Might be HTML or something but does not look that way. Best info I can give ya

Ya, just looks like a dyed HTML named bracelet of binding to me.

Yup its a html'd bracelet of binding.. quite a few have been popping up lately people trying to pass them off for 100mil+ saying they are some past bs event item...
