Looking for house owner named Balinor!!

I'm looking for a player named Balinor who owns a house named "Old Guild House of CJs." The house is located in Malas.
According to UO.com theres a Balinor in both RK and Defiant Order.
If anyone could ask those two Balinors if either of them owns the house, Id be greatly appreciative.

I'd like to buy his house to make a public Rune Library & Tavern.

If anyone contacts me with information that actually leads to me finding the correct Balinor, There will be a gold reward.

The Defiant Order is in an alliance with ODE. I should see the GM tonight and will inquire then.

Confirmed it is the Balinor in Defiant Order. Trying to get contact info now.

Seems no one in the guild has icq or out-of-game contacts... last time he was on was 4/23. We will watch for him and let you know.
