Im looking for some one to deco my house. Its a 14x14. Shouldn't be very hard to do. I have around 1.5 mil to spend total. Maybe more depending on what you have in mind. I already have a few idea's just need someone more creative than me. Also how does this work? Do I remove my stuff and co-own you to the house so you can lock stuff down?

It depends on the decorator as to how you do it.
Generally speaking, when I do decorating I request all stuff be moved to an area that won't be decoed or minimally decoed in storage containers. You coown me to house, all items are deeded and in a box because anything you place, I can't move. I prefer to just have all stuff that you want me to access in one box.
I'm currently on a deco project with a couple others lined up, or I'd volunteer. Good luck

It might be good to post a few pics of the house... some decorators will not even think about volunteering unless they see a design that really catches their eye and it also helps trigger ideas...
Its a cute little house, just a bit barren with all that brown grey stone. I think you really could do it up yourself. Needs rugs and flowers and vases and tables and bookshelves and such. Oh and light sources. I'd probably move that bear rug inside, wet bear fur smells terrible. You could dress that dress form up with outfits (some pics from Maiden' Chinas site here: Decoration Kits) and add a second one, do shelves with cloth and leather and benches, etc.
BTW I think they are coming out with new soulforges that are much smaller, so keep in mind that will free up some space if you decide to get one of those in the future.
If you decide to mess around with carpet keep in mind it's horrible to try to place stuff on it afterwards, so make it the last thing you do. Place all your deco as you want it, make sure each and every item is raised up at least 1 time, then you can put down carpet tiles.
Don't forget wall features like tapestries, paintings, and wall maps etc.
