Hi, I would like to get in touch with a character named "Hera" who placed the plot on the west side of Luna today. P.S. What happened with the Owned by OSI IDOC refresh? I saw it go "like new" today at 12:31pm EST and thought it would go through another full cycle (new to IDOC) before falling.
