Looking for help obtaining Obsidian Blades and Shields

The characters I play have been fairly useless in the Vanguard spawn, along with my schedule when I try to obtain the obsidian blades and shields I am usually alone and unsuccessful. I am looking to acquire 2 sets of blades and shields for rp purposes. If anyone would be willing to trade clean up points or sell them reasonably could you pm me and let me know, I would be very grateful.

These can be found as loot on the Vanguard controllers that can be looted by the two top damagers. Many people miss the sword because it is black and blends into the background.

While I don't have one to experiment on, I've heard you can enhance the shields further. Does anyone have any info on this or an example of what they've made if it is true?

At Nejulm or Cove? which one? Fel/tram?

Well we were planning on nujelm, however the ones planning on going aren't online yet for some reason, so it might be just me lol. Heading there now to see how I do. if its too crazy I'll head to cove.

Well, the vanguard in nujelm are stuck go figure, so I'll be recalling between fel and tram cove waiting for them to respawn. and will also be trying paupa. Hope to cya about.

Last night I had my power knocked out by powerful winds...nearly a tornado. So I didn't get to game last night. =-(

aww that sucks, I know the feeling though. Lately where I live has been Tornado ally and we had warnings all over the place. The storm mainly stayed east of us so no power outage for me.

I did a few of the Vanguard spawns yesterday in Cove, Nujelm and Papua and I can tell all of you that the number of people doing them have gone way up. I think this mostly has to do with Pub 53 that will soon be coming out, and the 2,500 Points you get for turning in the sword and shield.

The sad part is where before when fighting the spawn in these cities there was teamwork among the players that were there. Now we have the greed factor that was so prevalent in Moonglow during the rift event taking over again.
